Hi, I’m Maria.
I remember a season of my life where my calendar was full, my heart was committed, and yet I still felt like I was constantly running behind.
For years, I worked in nonprofit leadership and community spaces doing work I deeply believed in. I poured myself into building programs, supporting families, organizing events, solving problems, and holding so much responsibility with care. I loved the mission. I loved the people. I loved the impact.
But somewhere along the way, I started to notice something uncomfortable.
Even while doing meaningful work, I was exhausted. My days were packed. My mind never fully shut off. And the people I was doing all of this for — my family, my daughters — were getting the leftover version of me.
I wasn’t failing. I was doing too much.
If there is one thing I have learned, it’s that being capable often turns into being over-relied on.
I was the one people called when something needed fixing, organizing, rewriting, launching, or saving. I wore that badge proudly for a long time. But it came at a cost. I had built systems for everyone else’s dreams, while my own vision kept getting pushed to “later.”
And then one day, it hit me.
I didn’t need to work harder. I needed support.
Not just emotional support — but structural support. Systems. Boundaries. Better ways of working that didn’t require me to sacrifice my peace or my presence.
Around this time, I started exploring automation and AI — not as a tech trend, but as a survival tool.
What I discovered surprised me.
AI didn’t replace my humanity. It protected it.
I already knew how to create simple workflows, but with AI, automating repetitive tasks and building systems that work with my life instead of against it began to feel lighter. My brain had space again. My time opened up. And for the first time in a long time, I felt present.
I started calling it “getting my time back.”
Not productivity for productivity’s sake — but time to breathe, time to rest, time to be with the people I love, and time to dream and build again.
Raíces Fuertes, Sueños Grandes started with something simple — and honestly, personal.
I wanted to help people become the best version of themselves, not for perfection, but for the people they love. Because when we’re grounded, healthy, and whole, we show up differently for our families, our community, and ourselves.
At first, that vision lived more in my heart than on paper. I started it last year, and even though it didn’t take off right away, it never left me. It was like a quiet reminder: this matters.
Over time, life and leadership made the need even clearer.
I grew up watching hardworking families give everything to provide — and still feel like time was slipping through their fingers. I see that same pattern now in parents, community leaders, nonprofit directors, and small business owners. Good people. Capable people. People who care deeply. And people who are tired.
So the mission expanded.
This work is about honoring our roots — our families, our communities, our values — while giving ourselves permission to build something sustainable.
Today, I help parents and leaders:
Because time with our people is not a luxury. It’s the point!
I believe we can care deeply without burning out.
I believe systems should support our lives, not consume them.
I believe rest, presence, and peace are not rewards — they are requirements.
And I believe that when parents and leaders feel supported, entire families and communities grow stronger.
If you’re here because you feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you’re constantly juggling too much — I want you to know this:
You’re not broken. You’re not lazy. You don’t need to try harder.
You need support.
I’m grateful you’re here. Truly! And I would be honored to help you get some of your time back and learn how to generate different avenues of income.
Con cariño,
Maria
Less grind. More life.

The real me is warm, committed, and deeply human.
I’m the person who cares a lot. About my family. About people. About details. About doing things with integrity and heart. I lead with empathy, I listen closely, and I carry a strong sense of responsibility — sometimes even when it’s heavy.
I’m also a mother, a partner, a community advocate, and someone who has learned (sometimes the hard way) that giving endlessly without support isn’t sustainable.
I want to be honest about this: I’m not perfect.
I’m not always right — and I can accept that.
I’m genuinely happy to learn from others, because we’re only human. I learn as I go. I adapt. I reflect. I grow.
I don’t claim to be the ultimate expert with all the answers — but I do have lived experience. I’ve navigated overwhelm, leadership, burnout, rebuilding, and starting again. And I share what I’ve learned so others don’t have to struggle through the same hurdles alone.
My goal is to help you skip some of the hassle I had to figure out the hard way.
I can go, go, go when something matters — and I can also rest deeply when my body and spirit need it. Almost like hibernation. I’ve learned that both are necessary. Productivity and rest. Movement and stillness.
I value presence over perfection. I believe rest is productive. I believe boundaries are an act of love.
I’m not interested in hustle for hustle’s sake. I’m interested in building a life where work supports who we are — not the other way around.
What you’ll get from me is honesty, encouragement, and practical support rooted in real life, not theory.

I love the quiet promise of sunrises
and the gentle closure of sunsets —
how they remind me that beginnings and endings can both be beautiful.
I love the views this world offers us
in all their forms —
the vastness of the ocean,
the stillness of the woods,
and the beautiful roads that stretch out ahead,
where the hills and mountains meet the sky
and their silhouettes feel like they’re watching over us.
The kind of roads that make you slow down… because the view feels like a gift.
I love the simplicity of life.
Breathing in fresh air.
Pausing long enough to notice the shapes clouds create as they drift —
stories written in the sky if we’re willing to look.
I find beauty in God’s creation — and I live for those moments
when the world feels expansive, sacred, and grounding all at once.
I love sharing these moments with my family —
walking, driving, sitting, laughing —
just being together among the beauty that reminds us how small
and connected we truly are.
I love self-expression in all its forms.
Through writing and creating.
Through gardening, home projects, cooking, and hands-on moments
that turn intention into something real.
These things ground me.
They feed my soul.
And at the heart of it all, I love human connection —
the conversations, the presence, the shared pauses.
I love that we now have tools that can automate the busywork,
so we can spend less time buried in tasks
and more time truly connecting with one another.
Because that’s where life happens.
And that’s where I choose to live.
